Snow Drifters is a survival roguelike shooter set in a frozen apocalypse. You are in control of a group of survivors who have found a functional train to take shelter in and carry you to new locations to scavenge supplies. Find out how long your party can last before succumbing to the cold and see if you can discover what, or who started the endless blizzard.

Instructions:

While on the train, click on train cars to open their menus.

First, you should provide supplies to your fellow survivors and to the train to keep them alive. 

You can do this in the left- and right-most train cars.

Once your survivors and train are cared for, click the middle train car to prepare for an expedition.

Choose which equipment to bring with you, then hit “Venture” to go gather more supplies.

Use WASD to move.

Hold the left mouse button down to focus your aim, release to fire.

Press R to reload.

Press F when near loot to pick it up.

Press E near a door to enter it, or near the exit to end your supply run.

Press TAB to view your inventory.

Click on + and - buttons to pick up and drop items, respectively.

Click on the “Equip” and “Unequip” buttons to move items in and out of your backpack.

You can use medkits mid-supply-run with the “Use” button to heal some HP.

Press CTRL to zoom out

If the screen starts freezing over you are freezing to death! You may want to head back.

The timer at the top left counts down until you will start freezing to death anywhere on the map, best to head back to the train before that.

Try to collect as much as you can on your expedition and bring it back to the train without dying.
